Isn't Darth Maul supposed to be a bad ass killer? Then it's a job well done!

How is Darth Maul (or anyone, for that matter) supposed to know that the kid is disabled unless you put the little 'tard in the requisite safety-orange helmet? Also, based on the end-comments it seems to me like Mom and Dan are projecting medical conditions onto the kid. Ulcers? From this? I doubt it very much.

I agree with the “cash grab” comments. See the kid look back just before approaching Darth Maul? He's looking to see that the camera is catching the “evidence”. This is sick. People like this make me sick. And if this kid really does have a handicap, then those parents are disgusting for using him like this.

The guy shouldn't have pushed the kid, but face it, people are straight up mean to a lot of the performers at the Disney parks. Those cats put up with a lot of shit. Plus, they are ALWAYS supposed to stay in character, and I'd say he did :-p. Seriously though, I understand the kid is autistic, but the parents aren't. So why are they letting him bob out in the middle of a parade to high-five people? They had no grasp on him, they are lucky their child just got shoved, as opposed to hit by one of those cars. Sometimes the parents of special needs children let them do whatever they want, because they can just explain to people “Well, they are special needs.” If something happens to you, (like the story on here with the lady and the glasses) you just look like a total monster for not just saying -oh that's fine. Punish Maul, give the kid some Mickey ears, and let that be a lesson to the parents. That may seem cold, there has to be accountability on both ends.

Almost the same thing happened to me as a kid. Difference was after it happened my half-drunk dad put down his camera and his beer and kicked the shit out of Goofy. Then he put out his cigarette in Goofy's left eye and pissed on him.  Oh yeh, no emotional scars - at least for me. And in case you were wondering I took the ice cream, not the popcorn.

No question, the parent was at fault here.

I am laughing at the thought of what could have happened had that guy been a real Darth Maul. Body parts everywhere.
