You guys are all way too critical. If you pay REALLY close attention to :32 you'll see that the cat teleports out of the room and returns with spring water from Fiji. It happens really fast though, so you have to have to keep your eyes peeled.

“How the dumbest cat in the world drinks water”? That should say, “How the dumbest cat owner in the world thinks of his cat”. Lots of cats do this, including my own male cat that is smart enough to learn to do a few simple tricks on command. Cats paw at their water because they want to drink it when it's moving. Give the cat a pet drinking fountain and he won't play in the water with his paws anymore.
