I just kind of assumed it would be fake from the start… but the first few videos were creepy just because you don't know what to expect… but then the acting just get's worse… but unlike Paranormal Activity I enjoyed watching them!!

It's fake. I don't mean to say something is impossible, but I'm quite skeptical. The fact that he not only has no ears, eyes, or nose to breath, smell, or hear anything around him, but he has no mouth, therefore there's no way he could eat anything. Not only that, but when people claim to see him, they have him on there minds, causing them to see optical illusions of him everywhere. Trust me, I saw a picture of him, and I kept thinking I saw him behind doors and outside of windows.

here is my hypothesis its a pretty good one actually i figured out the slender man is a guy in a morphsuit but that has nothing to do with this the people had to make a movie or something for college so they went to make a movie called marblehornets but then they decided to make a horror movie i had to do something similar to this i had to make a video and post it to youtube but in there case they made the video and kept going alot of college people like to fuck around one of them had a morphsuit and said hey dude lets use this as the monster

its fake. the monster, the slender man, was created on the something awful forums, and the guy liked the idea so he made this. the slender man has the ability to stretch his limbs thats why everything looks weird for that guy.

I'm fairly certain it's either a senior thesis or general experiment. It's pretty well done, and definitely can creep someone out. Marble Hornets, my hat is off to you :) May you get an A!

People seriously can't figure out this is an amateur film project? :/ Just look at the Slenderman when it's moving into the room on 14, and in the newest TTA video: the crotch is too low, and on the one video where you see them in the car and the guy moves his head so you can see Slendy watching? Watch the steps to the right side of Slendy, you'll see a shadow pass up as someone races up the steps. Besides that, in still of the stationary Slenderman, you can tell he's an obvious mannequin.

oviusly it is fake but i love it because it is a new horror monster that is so great and the producers and “alex” plays this story so well that people think it may be real.  the modern dracula, frakenstien, crooger
