    That’s sometimes the case…loosely speaking. But, typically, it refers to the INTERIOR “wall” separating both sides of your nose. (HERE): They’re just talking about that little bit o’ EXTERIOR flesh between the nose holes. (Bonus fact: The vertical “sluice” leading from your nostrils to the top of your lips is called a “filtrum.” —Which, comically, is what the character Danny read backwards in the mirror as “MURDER” in the little-known derpy harelipped version of “The Shining.”)
