It’s Time to End the Debate: Smarf Did Not Push The Button

K, now that everyone on the internet is caught up, let’s get right to it. For the past week, a Too Many Cooks debate has raged on Twitter:

THERE IS NO NEED FOR THIS DEBATE.

Why not? Because Smarf DID NOT push the button.

Yes, Smarf *touches* the button ever so slightly, but he dies just seconds before he can give the button a good push.

How many buttons have you pushed in your life? When you touch a button, something is supposed to happen. Immediately.

If that button was some sort of "reset" button, something should have happened right away: an instant return to the beginning of Too Many Cooks, everything blowing up, SOMETHING.

Instead, Smarf lays dying and the camera zooms out as his soul makes its journey to the other side.

TBH, Smarf could have totally avoided the whole thing by shooting a few rainbows and hearts at the button.
