One such place is the twin island nation of Trinidad & Tobago, which boasts one of the most lively and vibrant celebrations of life there is...right before they settle down for Ash Wednesday. Not to take anything away from Brazil, Cape Verde, Grenada, Jamaica, Toronto, London, Miami, St Kitts...and more, Trinidad is definitely one to experience at least once in your lifetime.
