So my first trick is to simply invest in a good pair of nude pumps, this is by far the easiest way to make your legs look longer. The closer to your skin tone the better but honestly any flesh tone color will work! The nude color will blend in with your natural skin tone and trick the eye into thinking your legs are just fantastically long. In addition to that nude pumps match everything and they're appropriate for every special occasion. My next tip is makeup for your legs. I fully realize how completely insane that sounds but I can promise it's not that scary! My favorite product is made by Sally Hansen and it's called Airbrushed Legs. It comes in a variety of shades and can be found in just about any beauty store! It essentially makes you look like you've never had a bruise in your life and I've even used it to cover up tan lines on my back when wearing a backless dress! You do need to make sure to set aside enough time for the product to fully dry on your skin otherwise you'll end up with a terrible mess! If this sounds a little too intense for you go ahead and reach for your favorite sunless tanner to achieve a summer time glow.
My final trick is to apply your favorite highlighter up the center of your shins. Similarly to highlighting and contouring your face highlighting your legs will give you the illusion of slimmer more toned legs which is the perfect finishing touch for any look you're rocking this summer! There are plenty of products on the market that can help you achieve this look but feel free to stick with your trusted brand!
