AND YES it is that hard to fix! IF IT WERE EASY YOU WOULD BE DOING IT YOURSELF.
So some of us know what it’s like to be on the other side. One of the reasons that we run behind with appointments is EVEN THOUGH we let you make appointments online in advance at any time of the day or call on the phone and make one…99% of people walk in and go “can’t you just fit me in? it’s just ____” so what happens is if we say no tantrums are thrown. So then we make exception after exception until we are running behind to accommodate you. We are also the only company where if you break something you can come in and get it fixed. So you have to wait an hour? Ok so break your blackberry and tell me where you go and how long you have to wait. You are having trouble with your computer call and you will actually get someone in your home country, not “Bob” from India who can’t spell your name and is reading from a damn script. Honestly have you ever worked in customer service? Oh wait no you haven’t because you sit in front of a computer all day and post this crap and complain about people who are trying to help you. How about a thanks for all the hard work…at the end of the day you will be the person coming in right before we close without an appointment screaming because you dropped your phone in the toilet and never backed up the phone, and we will be the ones consoling you like a toddler trying to fix everything for you. Shut up.
