Nancy Pelosi: We've Gone From A "Do-Nothing" Congress To A "Make-Things-Worse" Congress

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi spoke in DC today on the eve of Congress' summer recess, lambasting the body for not getting things done -- most notably a federal budget compromise -- before the August break. She said that Congress had gone from a 'do-nothing' Congress to a Congress that's making things worse.
