WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan Has Announces His Retirement From Pro Wrestling Via Twitter

    "Due to medical reasons, effective immediately, I am announcing my retirement."

    On Monday morning, WWE Superstar Daniel Bryan announced his retirement from professional wrestling via Twitter.

    Bryan, who began his career in 1999, has performed for wrestling companies all over the world including ROH, New Japan Pro Wrestling, and several independent promotions.

    He became a household name in WWE, and is often remembered for his "YES!" chants. He also had a captivating storyline against The Authority leading up to a championship win at WrestleMania 30 back in 2014.

    He also sports the greatest beard of all time.

    There will be more clarification on Monday Night Raw, where we will find out whether this is indeed a real retirement or scripted. Either way, it'll be great to see Bryan in the squared circle again.
