I found this while going through old documents, and I think it still sums me up pretty well (with a few minor edits): Clumsy, but loves to dance (alone in my room, wearing pajamas, with socks on [or out at a dance night or concert with good friends]); generally frumpy, but loves getting all dolled up on occasion (pearls and high heels included); musically untalented, but loves to sing [and play ukulele!] (the same songs, over and over again); mildly cynical, but still believes change is possible (only through peace, patience and dedication); disenchanted with the idea of "true love," but still hopes to find it (I'm in no rush); fascinated by politics, religion and philosophy, but doesn't know much about any of them (I'm working on it); hated The Notebook, but cries each time seeing Dumbo (when his mom rocks him on her trunk through the cage); mostly vegetarian, but makes an exception for sushi (I need to stop that)[um...]; loves to travel, but hasn't done much of it (there's still time); indecisive; opinionated; curious; silly; learning to be compassionate; believes music is one of the greatest joys in life; sucker for simple pleasures; fidgets compulsively; can be affected emotionally for days by dreams or songs; constantly questioning; and slowly but surely figuring out just who it is I am and want to be.
