    I work in the corporate world, I have never seen this, ever. There are a lot less women that make it up to the top because there are a lot less women who go after top tier business positions when they are 60+ years old. Aside from the Steve Jobbs/Zuckerberg/Martha Stewart types, most board members are veterans in the business world. Best way I can prove this, you know how there are only like 6 girls out of the 350 in your class? That’s why there aren’t any women on boards of companies that hire a lot of engineers like Oil and Gas. Its not that men were promoted over women, its that there aren’t women to pick from to begin.
