Talk about only hearing one side of the story…. What about the police and the homeowners side of the story. Facts like it was 3 am in the morning, one car accident, and he was tased before he was shot because he refused to follow any of the police’s orders, did not make this article. Maybe the grand jury did the right thing, because the story were reading is only the story told by his mother. And if the grand jury does not produce and indictment, his mother cannot sue the police. If he was concussed and dazed because of the accident that a shame, but you cant expect the police to play captain hindsight and presume anyone acting strangely, disobeying police orders, and banging on doors at 3 am, is a concussed innocent individual.
