It started out nicely. We told David Jaroslawicz why we were calling (to check in about the case) and he mentioned that Chris Brown had a new album out. "I wonder if it will have a song about Tony in it," he commented. Then we started asking questions about the Spurs guard, who was injured in a fight between Brown and Drake (and their respective posses).
BuzzFeed: How's Tony Parker doing?
Jaroslawicz: As far as I know the same.
BuzzFeed: So that means he's in an immense amount of pain, having hallucinations and unable to play basketball.
Jaroslawicz: How do you know that?
BuzzFeed: Well it's in the lawsuit.
Jaroslawicz: Oh. Hopefully he'll get better.
BuzzFeed: Where did the 20 million dollar number in the suit come from? Does it indicate he's concerned he can never play basketball again?
Jaroslawicz: I hope not. We have to put in a number and there's an old law saying that says you can't get more than you asked for.
After unilluminating answers to three more fairly basic questions about the suit, Jaroslawicz hung up.
