Weezer Covers Radiohead's 'Paranoid Android'
Just when you thought Weezer was completely irrelevant, they go ahead and do this... and TOTALLY redeem themselves. (via Pitchfork)

'Paranoid Android' Facts:
The song took its title from Marvin the Paranoid Android from Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series of books.
-
The Pixtles
The track is significantly influenced by The Beatles' "Happiness Is a Warm Gun" and the work of The Pixies (my favorite band) as reference points.
-
Bill Greenwood
The first edit was over 14 minutes long and included a long organ interlude performed by Radiohead lead guitarist Jonny Greenwood (who totally looks like Bill Hader).
-
'Paranoid Android' was recorded in actress Jane Seymour's 15th century mansion (which Yorke was convinced was haunted) near the village of St Catherine, near Bath, Somerset.
-
The members of Radiohead, as depicted in the "Paranoid Android" video. The video's protagonist, Robin, is shown at far right.

Great job, Weezer
