Sophie
There are a few reasons we call her special, but one of them is because she is still so sweet despite her near death experience. Luckily we lived a few doors down from the vet's office, help from an amazing group of neighbors, 70+ stitches, and Sophie is back to being her silly little self. She is a bit lazy, but she loves running in the grass. She's also a therapy animal and visits people and give lots of kisses.

Dusty deserves to look so tuckered out, she is an AKC certified therapy doggie and she visits people in hospitals and loves to have kids read to her. She also hates walking on grass and refuses to go to the park with her doggie sister...

Too old for most these, but I grew up on PBS, thank goodness. But we didn't have much TV until I was older anyways. I think I'll have to keep it that way for any of my kids too.

That's how it is in our house. 7 years with my partner and it took me two years to get his to eat cheese and thankfully only one to try new vegetables... He didn't come from a fresh, good food home, but I cook, he does most of the dinner dishes and he gets excited to try new things!…

He's a hedge fund manager (or used to be), so rich is an understatement... Also, if you live in the city you have so many resources for ingredients, Whole Foods is not a very good one... Try Bi-Rite, Rainbow, San Francisco Herb Company, even Faletti's over WF... And vanilla sugar?…
