The makeover has turned Bob from a loveable children's character into a smug, stepdad like asshole.
Bob The Builder premiered in 1998 and instantly became a staple in children's programming.

Hit Entertainment are no stranger to giving their iconic children's programming unneeded makeovers. Their program Thomas The Tank Engine got a similar revamp.
