It’s been years since we last heard about the possibility of a Where’s Waldo movie. Last we heard it was being developed by producer Chris Meledandri by his Illumination Entertainment for Universal Pictures. Even Paramount Pictures was rumored to be involved at one point, with Like Mike and Aliens in the Attic director John Schultz attached.
Now another announcement has been made that see’s Waldo finding yet another home. This time MGM will be taking a crack at Waldo. President of Motion Picture Group Jonathan Glickman made the announcement, which will see the Martin Handford character getting its own feature-length live-action family adventure movie.
