“It comes with a safety key for emergency deactivation.” I guess it would have to, since it would suck to have to escape a fire while wearing something like this. But if you're enough of a procrastinator to have to buy a ball and chain to make you study, wouldn't having a key to unlock it totally defeat the purpose?
