What People ACTUALLY Don't Know About The University Of Dayton

Didn't think that the other BuzzFeed did UD justice, so I decided to make my own.

If you do not have a sense of humor, you can't go here

Like actually, don't go here if you're not funny. If you cant wake up on a Saturday and immediately dress up in something absurd don't waste your time. They may not tailgate for football games, but they drink every single Saturday throughout the year

They have mock weddings on the reg

There comes a time every so often on a warm Saturday afternoon that someone here at UD gets married. Theme's are a necessity, actual wedding attire not approved. This one was jean, obviously.

Girls eat more than the guys

When you come to UD you'll notice that the girls literally will devour anything, and everything, in their sight when they're drunk. But hey don't worry they're still hot

....And they then usually invite in the dominos delivery men for casual late night small talk

They literally don't know when it's time to stop

Well thats snow..and thats a pool..so this is pretty self explanatory

The bar selection there is quite slim, yet they choose to spend their weekends at this beautiful, colorful, lively, extremely decorative hole in the wall

The bouncers never smile even when the students pay $7 for the infamous wall drink

All upperclassmen live in a student neighborhood called The Ghetto. All the houses are owned by the University

A few house names include poop, crack, slanty, brothel, compound, teh barn (not misspelled), and the mansion.

When we win an NCAA game we burn furniture

In the middle of a street

The grilled cheese lady exists

This lovely lady, Trish, rides around campus in her grilled cheese van and makes a ton of money selling her over priced, yet fantastic, grilled cheese sandwiches to drunk students

This lady exists

There is not a day you don't pass the corner of Stuart and Brown and get harassed by this lady to stop hazing. But really guys...what on earth did they do to her when she went to UD?

This man exists

The notorious Brown Street Pimp casually walks around campus shaking hands and kissing babies and probably also kissing really drunk girls.

Honestly what other school can say that they do anything remotely close to Dayton to Daytona?

Even though everyone probably knows about this, it's seriously worth mentioning. After finals UD students go to the ever so classy Daytona beach and binge drink for 5 days under the sun with live music and lots of free beer & pizza (warning: the pool will most likely give you pink eye or a disease)

Literally who can say that the president of their university crowd surfed over a riot in the streets of a student neighborhood?

Before he went up he said to someone "I'm about to ride this crowd like we rode Syracuse"

I'd bring up patties day in more detail but lets be real everyone already knows

rumor has it the riot after the Syracuse game takes the #1 spot
