Looks like #19 was out to dinner and just paid their portion of a 50-something dollar bill. See how it is just a credit card authorization slip? Not and itemized copy of a dining receipt. When you split up a check like that it is rare that the restaurant’s computer system has the technology to split up the tip for the exact dollar amount each card was run for. It assumes that the guest can figure that out on their own. Clearly tipping procedures are lost on many people.
