Live feed: Aliya patiently waiting for the past girl’s routine to be scored so she can begin her floor routine. NBC: “Look at her face! WHAT A DIVA!”
“You touched the lower bar with your feet. DEDUCTION!”
I’m into it.
The “You won’t know why anyone’s famous” is pretty true right now. I’m only 22 and I feel so disappointed both in myself (for not knowing) and for younger kids (for their taste) whenever the name of an unknown “it” boy/girl comes up. Oftentimes, I find myself going: “WHY ARE YOU DRESSED LIKE THAT? YOU’RE TOO YOUNG!”
Meanwhile, entire chunks of empty seats given to corporate sponsors are desperately being filled in with last minute volunteers. Seriously, Olympics? For many parents, this is a culmination of every thing their child/significant other/parent/brother/sister/partner worked hours upon hours and years of devotion towards. It’s a shame that an athlete competing at arguably the most important event of their lives can’t have their loved ones there for the experience. Instead, we see front rows filled up by affluent fans.
… well, I guess the Mr Feeny cameo isn’t much of a surprise anymore since you already RUINED IT, now d’intya Mr. Mezrahi?
That last profile needed to be said out loud for maximum comprehension.
LEAVE MY CHILDREN ALONE!
