1. Being a part of a big family is pretty cool.
2. Even though you may not see each other that often, it's always a good time whenever you get together.
3. Especially around the holidays.
4. And that's because the kid's table eventually gets filled with adults...
5. There are enough booze to take down a giant...
6. And everywhere you turn, you'll be able to talk to someone new.
7. If you celebrate Christmas, you know what it's like to see a tree surrounded by enough presents to overflow Santa's sleigh.
8. Or how impossible it is to get everyone in the same room.
9. In a big family, you know you'll have a cousin or two (or twelve) your own age.
10. Along with someone to look up to and someone to offer help.
11. And there's a good chance somebody else has already screwed up way worse than you, so big families tend to be more understanding.
12. When you're in a big family, you realize what it takes to stand out, which is a helpful tool to have in life.
13. Being in a big family also teaches you patience, since you're used to dealing with 50 people at a time.
14. Plus, birthdays are always way more fun when you receive messages from your entire family.
15. And there's really nothing like a big family wedding.
16. Aside from taking over an entire side of the church...
17. There's also no question about whether or not people will dance.
18. The real issue will be getting people to STOP partying.
19. Because when it comes to late nights, nobody does it better than a big family.
20. It's on those nights when previously untold stories get passed down the generational pipeline...
21. And when nights you'll always remember become mornings you'd like to forget.
22. But the VERY best part about having a big family is that it's always getting bigger.
