Prescription pills and strong lemonade. And talking. I always need to talk it out. I don’t know why that helps, but it does. Maybe it relieves stress. Of course, I need to talk with someone in a dark room, without any lights and sounds. Otherwise, it will either distract me or make it worse.
But if I wake up with a migraine (like today -_-), nothing helps. I keep popping pills ‘till it stops. And if I fall asleep when I have a migraine (most of the time I don’t, because I can’t!), I’ll wake up a few hours later crying because it hurts too much. I must never fall asleep when I have a migraine. NEVER. (and yet..I sometimes do..because I’m stupid)

Response to What Books Have Gotten You Through A Hard Time?:
Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov got me trough some pretty bad times. Also, The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein got me trough my mothers death. It was her favourite book :)
