1. Ariana Grande vs. Bette Midler
In an interview with The Telegraph, classic actress and singer Bette Midler criticized Ariana's stage outfits and image. "It’s terrible!" Midler said. "It’s always surprising to see someone like Ariana Grande with that silly high voice, a very wholesome voice, slithering around on a couch, looking so ridiculous. I mean, it’s silly beyond belief and I don’t know who’s telling her to do it. I wish they’d stop. But it’s not my business, I’m not her mother. Or her manager."
Taking the high road, Ariana Grande had nothing but positive things to say about Midler, noting she wanted the "sexy mermaid" side of Midler back.

2. Rihanna vs. TLC
During the Australian leg of their world tour, T-Boz and Chilli of TLC sat down for an interview and reportedly criticized Rihanna for constantly exposing skin. "Every time I see you you don't have to be naked," T-Boz said.
Known for her shady antics on Twitter and Instagram, Rihanna wasted no time in letting TLC know they made a grave mistake. She made a topless pic of the then-trio her Twitter header pic, then made a number of tweets laughing at the whole situation.
When there's no changing the fact that I'm me, and they're well...they're them.
Has it been resolved? Nope. Despite TLC calling out the producers for making their nameless quote all about Rihanna, the future still looks grim. Don't expect a collaboration from them anytime soon.
3. Azealia Banks vs. Iggy Azalea
Though Banks and Azalea have had issues since 2011, their beef peaked earlier this month when Azealia Banks took to Twitter to criticize Iggy as an interloper in hip-hop culture who stayed mum during crises faced by the community, such as the police killings of Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

Iggy caught wind of Azealia's tweets and posted a link to an article titled "5 Ways You Can Help Ferguson, Its Protesters, and Mike Brown's Family." She went on to critique Twitter beefs and the fan wars surrounding serious issues.
Theres more to sparking a change than trolling on social media. World issues shouldnt be used as a poor excuse to promote fan battles.

Weeks later, Azealia explained their feud and her views on hip-hop culture at large in a tearful HOT 97 interview. (The discussion begins around the 8-minute mark.)
Iggy wasted no time in responding to Azealia's comments on race and hip-hop.

Has it been resolved? No, but it's ignited a number of online debates involving celebs and non-celebs alike. Solange Knowles tweeted Azealia Banks her support, while Rapper Q-Tip sent a number of tweets to Iggy explaining the origins of hip-hop and its roots in the Black American experience. Iggy has thanked her supporters and refuses to acknowledge the vast majority of criticisms. The feud will most likely reignite if Iggy wins the Grammy for Best Rap Album next February.
4. DJ Mustard vs. YG
Frequent collaborators DJ Mustard and YG exposed their money-fueled beef to the world via Instagram. DJ Mustard, who executive-produced YG's critically acclaimed My Krazy Life, began with this now-deleted Instagram post: "Stop asking me about the YG shit!!! I don't know none of it on top of that I still ain't got paid for his album. So I don't give a fuck!!!!!" In another now-deleted post, YG posted a screenshot of DJ Mustard's statement and tacked on this explicit, stuck-on-shift caption: "WAIT WHAT? DJ MUSTARD FUCK YOU N***A. FUCK EVERYBODY THATT AINT GOT PAID FOR MY ALBUM AND DJ MUSTARD I KNOW WHERE YO STUDIO AT N***A. & THATS ME SAYIN 'MUSTARD ON THE BEAT HOE.' YOU AINT NEVER PAID ME FOR THATT OR YO ALBUM N***A PIIIIIIRU."
Has it been resolved? Not yet. As of yesterday, the two are still beefing. DJ Mustard posted a now-deleted Instagram picture with the caption "Say no mo I ain't for no sucka shit and this internet shit weak we can get down this won't be the first time...... I'm finna pull up we can squabble up! See yo in 30 killa....." Whether or not they met up in person for said squabble is still unclear; YG blasted DJ Mustard on Instagram for ignoring his calls. Though most of the angry posts have disappeared from their Instagram accounts, we have yet to see them kiss and make up.
5. Iggy Azalea vs. Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg posted a pic making fun of Iggy's appearance to his Instagram account.
Iggy expressed her disappointment in a series of now deleted tweets. "Why would you post such a mean pic on insta when you send your body guards to ask me for pictures every time we are at shows together?" she tweeted. "My bodyguard stopped the fire truck that saved your friends life in canada when he almost burnt down the hotel. and every time I've ever spoken to you you've always been nice as hell, I'm disappointed you'd be such an ass for no reason."
Snoop, however, made no move to apologize or delete the pics. Snoop posted a pic in reaction to Iggy's purported "fuming" anger.
Has it been resolved? Yes. Since then, Iggy has deleted a majority of the tweets related to the beef, while Snoop made no move to do so. However, Snoop did apologize in an Instagram video after a phone conversation with Iggy's mentor T.I.
6. Taylor Swift vs. Katy Perry
Taylor Swift's Rolling Stone cover story let the public in on a number of previously private details, namely the story behind "Bad Blood," a song from 1989 with lyrics such as "Did you have to do this? I was thinking that you could be trusted / Did you have to ruin what was shining? Now it's all rusted." Her target? An unnamed fellow pop star. "For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not," she confessed to Rolling Stone. "She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'" Then last year, the other star crossed a line. "She did something so horrible," Swift says. "I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational – you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."
Soon after Taylor's interview was published, Katy posted this pointed tweet:

Intrepid gossip hounds put the puzzle pieces together and discovered that Katy Perry had lured away a number of Taylor's backup dancers while Taylor was in the midst of her Red Tour.
Has it been resolved? No. Katy herself has kept mum, but those around her can't seem to stop talking about Taylor. Last month, Katy's rumored boyfriend Diplo posted a number of tweets making fun of Taylor's body, and her producer Greg Wells came out of left field and compared Taylor's 1989 to Katy's Prism. Time will only tell if resident cat-lady Swift will draw her claws in another lyrical attack.
7. Lorde vs. Diplo
DJ and producer Diplo took some cheap shots at Taylor Swift's slender frame on Twitter, but he didn't realize one of Taylor's biggest fans was in his virtual audience. Lorde wasted no time firing back and giving Diplo a piece of her mind.

"I love [Diplo] and he's a big brother to me and one of my first friends in the industry, and part of having a friendship with someone like that is not letting them say stupid shit," Lorde told Fader. "Taylor's my friend as well, and I'm a girl, and if I see some weird body-shaming on my feed I'm going to be like, 'Hey man…' We do still love each other, hopefully."
8. Sun Kil Moon vs. The War on Drugs
Sun Kil Moon played opposite The War on Drugs at Ottawa Folk Fest back in September, and when the noise from The War on Drugs' set became audible to Sun Kil Moon's Mark Kozelek, he asked the crowd for the offender's name. "I hate that beer commercial lead-guitar shit," he responded when he learned it was The War on Drugs. "This next song is called, 'The War On Drugs Can Suck My Fucking D**k.'"
Though The War on Drugs seemed hurt by Kozelek's barbs, they tried to take it in stride.

Has it been resolved? No. After a protracted back-and-forth, Kozelek released a diss track titled "War on Drugs: Suck My C**k." The War on Drugs, Kozelek sings, is "definitely the whitest band I've ever fucking heard."
9. Taylor Swift vs. Spotify
In a surprising move, Taylor Swift pulled her entire discography from the streaming service Spotify in November. Back in July, Swift wrote an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal on the ambiguous future of the music industry, where she outright stated, "Music should not be free." After pulling her music from Spotify, Swift told Time, "I think there should be an inherent value placed on art. I didn't see that happening, perception-wise, when I put my music on Spotify. Everybody's complaining about how music sales are shrinking, but nobody's changing the way they're doing things. They keep running towards streaming, which is, for the most part, what has been shrinking the numbers of paid album sales."
Has it been resolved? No. Taylor Swift's albums are still noticeably missing from the Spotify roster, and she shows no signs of returning to the streaming service after the massive success of 1989. Numerous musicians have weighed in on the debate, including Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Dave Grohl.
10. Lil Wayne vs. Baby/Cash Money
Days before the reported release of Lil Wayne's long-awaited Tha Carter V, he let the public in on the album's status and his troubles with Baby and Cash Money.

Has it been resolved? Possibly. Though Tha Carter V remains shelved, Lil Wayne recently gave Young Money a shout-out on Twitter, hinting at an improved relationship between himself and the label.
11. Drake vs. Diddy
Earlier this month, Diddy reportedly punched Drake in the face at the club LIV in Miami over a stolen beat. Producer Boi-1da allegedly created the beat during a session with Diddy, and Diddy forwarded the beat to Drake for a verse. Instead, Drake used the beat independently and released the now-Grammy-nominated song "0 to 100."
Evidence supporting this comes from a video in which Diddy accuses Drake at a show. "Somebody get this shit on tape," Diddy says. "I’ma play this next beat. I gave this shit to this n***a, this n***a stole this shit from me. But at the end of the day, this shit is hard. Play that shit!" Then Drake's "0 to 100" begins to play as Diddy and fellow rapper Ma$e dance on stage.
Has it been resolved? No. Drake never officially acknowledged the beef at
all, but he did post an Instagram pic the day after the "altercation" with the caption "They're either talking shit about you or stealing the shit you're talking...either way the name been poppin." No word on the beef from either rapper since.
