Mongognom 2 months agoYes, when both parties have had to much to drink consent becomes unclear. But the girl in this case wasn’t just a little drunk, she was unconcious, and they had sex with her then drove her from party to party, taking pictures of her and raping her. They refered to her as being dead, and they pissed on her. Read up on the case before making comments.
