Moidi a year agoRelax, it’s dead. For those of you who’ve never seen the effect of salt (or soy, in this case) directly on exposed muscle tissue of a freshly killed creature, now you have. Eel will move for hours after it’s been killed when you try and prepare it with any type of salt rub. Disturbing, yes. Cruel, no.
