Vitamin Water Officially Unhealthy
Late last week a federal judge ruled that Glaceau Brands deceptively advertises Vitamin Water as healthy. The judge basically said what we knew all along: Vitamin Water is a non-carbonated fruit coke disguised as a sports drink. It only took 15 years for them to realize this.

Of course it's not HEALTHY. How could any sugar water be healthy? I still think it's a better alternative to soda. It actually has some nutrients added to it (though there was that BS diet coke plus or w/e with vitamins…ew) and it's not HFCS as a sweetener. Also, the “zero” versions are made with Stevia, so they're already ahead of diet coke/pepsi/etc. in the “I'm less likely to give you cancer or trigger migraines” department.
