Her first problem was that she was driving on the left side of the road….i mean hello!!!
Culture Buzz This is a clip from a 30-minute movie about texting while driving that's being brought around schools in the UK. It's quite possibly the most terrifying thing I've ever seen.
Her first problem was that she was driving on the left side of the road….i mean hello!!!
Wow, the brits really cant drive…tragic
Texting contributes to global warming…just look at all the extra gas burned to bring the emergency services out…and the resulting stop-and-go traffic that wastes even more fuel. That and the lost productivity due to workers being stuck in traffic rather than in their cubicles where they can properly contribute to the collective good. I imagine someone will get a bright idea to use cell phone triangulation to determine how fast each phone is moving (and where), mine the user information, and send you a ticket in the mail. You know, for homeland security and preventative health activities and such.
While this is tragic and all…. it still reminds me never to drive (or ride in) a small car. I much prefer to be surrounded by a ton and a half of steel rather than plastic & fiberglass.
DIdnt fully hit me until I saw the baby and heard “Mommy, Daddy! Wake up!” :((
omg i usually would crack a stupid joke but not right now.
This one is short and simple, yet still manages to be disturbing and traumatizing at the same time.
“Mommy daddy wake up”
That's how they'll learn

Yeah, but she was driving on the wrong side of the road…
Want to text and drive? There's an app for that - Apple iPhone.
Proof once and for all that men are safer drivers than women. And it was funded by uk.gov, so we KNOW it's true. :D This was EXCELLENT! I alternately laughed and grunted approvingly at the first minute and a half. The rest was just like an episode of Road Wars, but the payoff was seeing her get T-boned after the initial smackdown :D Makes me wish I was in school again! Although if I'd seen this beforehand I wouldn't want to sit through the entire half an hour just to get to the good bit…
We love “dont use your phone while driving” ads in the uk
That sequence was great. FX were top notch, and the pacing of the accident (“fuck you” glare right before getting T-boned) was perfect. I really wanted to see a response to the text come in as the girl got dragged out of the car by paramedics.
Me thinks this ad may have been partly funded by ford??
And Thats Why You Don't Text and Drive
Reminds me of this. Came out a while ago and just scares the hell out of me.
Sorry if this is mean, but imagine at the end if one of the helicopter pilots is texting. Oh man, would have made for a great ending.
