The Merman
Well, this is confusing. A man in a green one-piece bathing suit has been captured after harassing women for a week. The “bathing beauty” was also wearing a sports bra (under his bathing suit) and stuffed the bathing suit with other woman's bathing suits. Confused? Watch the video for yourself.
