I highly doubt Shiloh is asking her mother to call her John. That sounds ridiculous.

The only thing this proves is that one set of parents lets their kids express themeselves however they want.

This whole Shiloh-being-treated-as-a-boy reminds me of the boywho dressed as Daphne for Halloween. Kids don’t have the same notion of gender as adults.  I’m sure Shiloh does a lot of girl stuff too.
