I agree, the homeschool cake ISN'T depressing. I love the computer ones, even if the Google one is a little off. And the 'under neat that' one is the first ever CAKEWRECK :) That site is totally awesome.

What is the author’s problem with the “Home School Graduate” cake? There are millions of kids being homeschooled, and “the home-educated typically score 15 to 30 percentile points above public-school students on standardized academic achievement tests. (The public school average is the 50th percentile.)”* Colleges actually seek them out. There is nothing “depressing” about that cake. That graduation is just as significant an achievement as any other graduation. i feel kind of sad for the home-decorated bad ones. i can picture the poor mum trying to do it and get ready and everything and then realising the whole thing's wrong and crying :-(

Dr Seuss FTW! Also the Potatohead was awesome. Some of the “worst” cakes are obviously just home decorated and it's reeeeeally hard to write on a cake without the proper piping bags, so I'm gonna cut them some slack. Not for the spelling though, just the sloppiness.

I hate people that think graduation from preschool to kindergarden is an important thing.

I decorated cakes in high school for some reason. The first bad ones made me laugh a LOT.
