After his run in with the cops and disastrous Entertainment Tonight interview, it’s being reported that Ted Williams is checking into rehab for alcohol abuse. Apparently Dr. Phil was the one who convinced him to go.

dooflotchie 2 years agoLe sigh. I hope this doesn’t turn out to be the shortest rags-to-riches-and-back-again crash and burn story ever. I and probably about 96 million other people were rooting for the guy. At least he did make the smart decision to get professional help for his addictions. Gotta give him a little credit for that.

Bree 2 years agoHonestly, who cares about his past? The fact that it’s been so rocky is part of what makes his “story” so fascinating. Dr. Phil is a dick. I also don’t see why “checking into rehab” is seen as such a negative thing. That’s a good thing. If that’s where he needs to be, I’m proud of him for choosing to go there.
