The Burt Reynold's museum in Jupiter, Florida is in danger of closing. The building the museum currently resides in is being demolished and a shopping center is being put in its place. This can't happen because this place is legendary. Check out these pictures and see what I mean.

just visited br museum (feb 2010) and loved it. it would be such a tragedy if this closed. surely the people of jupiter want to honour one of their own.

I saw most of the collection when he had the Burt Reynolds museum open at his Famous BR Ranch… Its a crying shame that Jupiter isn't supplying a place for their hometown heros momentos! Whats wrong with the local folks?

Burt Reynolds is a living legend. His acting pursuits and accomplishments have enriched so many lives thru the years. Mr Reynolds you are my hero - long live your museum - it is a true paradiem of theatrical history.

B.S. typical of people who are more interested in shopping centers @ a time like this, than someone who brought entertainment to millions over the years. You'd have to go past them to get to it anyway. Yuck!

I lived in Jupiter for more than a year. I was aware of the Turd Ferguson museum from the first day I was there. No one ever seriously suggested paying a visit, even in an ironic way. I never went.
