Her arms together are about as wide as her torso.
That seems wrong.

They need to revise their travel policies. I don't even know why those officials would have been on the same plane together. The bank guy I guess I can understand, but not the military one.

I am going to choose not to comment on someone else's body since I hope they would do the same for me. We all have things we're self-conscious about - should we be obliged to cover everything up on a hot day? I hope not. But I must say, I still don't get the huge glasses thing… I'm not a fan of insect fashion.

She's obviously carrying heavy bags

To me, it doesn't look like she has particularly large muscles. I'm guessing that has such little body fat that there's nothing to soften the appearance of the muscle she does have. Sort of like long distance runners.

She's a victim on Hollywood's skinny obsession. She's too old to not have some weight on her.  Your skin gets loose as you get older and if you don't have any cushion the tendons and arteries stick out.
