C-Sections are performed much lower on a woman nowadays. It would be covered up by her bikini bottom.

There are at least 3 things wrong with focusing on the tattoo in that picture.

Tattoo's covering up c-section scars are quite common.

Still classier than reality tv pseudo-celebrities regardless of the tattoo. Oh, and are you sure that the other one is really her? Looks like different tats.
