Billy 3 years ago“…a Sexual Offences Prohibition Order which will run indefinitely and prohibits him from exposing his genitals in front of members of the public.” Isn’t this kind of like finding someone guilty of a murder and then, as part of his sentence, declaring that he is not allowed to kill people? I mean, if it takes this “Prohibition Order” to “prohibit him from exposing his genitals” in public, then was he actually committing a crime to begin with if such an order had never been issued to him before?
