I think he's definitely mentally ill, in some regard, but I have no evidence, either from what he said in this video, or the quote that got him locked up, that his obsession would lead to acts of violence.
Get him help/therapy? yes.
But lock him up and throw away the key? It seems like that would be overreacting.

I don't know. He knows a lot of things, but she knows more than he does. She doesn't act phony or anything. I think they'd make a cute couple. Or at least make a great reality show.
