The man watching the jets represents the people of the united states watching the government, we are not sure which way things are going but we are intrigued by the uniform nature of the repub tea partiers and how they keep going in one direction (backwards). The mans swimsuit choice is a representation of the peoples fight with with ourselves, eluding, squeezing to escape from this government rule in which literally has us ‘by the balls’.
