he's obviously done it before, due to the dog's reluctance and obvious fear of the man's/teen's feet (he watches the feet closely and pulls back as far away as he can from them). Perhaps he's being made to walk the dog for someone else and really hates it? Perhaps he's just a disgruntled teen? It's evidenced that this person seems to have much disdain and views the whole thing as a chore, thus taking it out on the canine. Either way, that's no excuse. This is a behavior we need not support. But I have some questions; why was he being recorded before he even kicked the dog? Did the viewer see him do it and grabbed a camera, then posted it online, but didn't stop to confront the man and/or immediately call the authorities? Was this an anonymous tip off, or from a known source? Could it be a purposeful a setup or even blackmail? We need more info, as it may aid in identifying this person. It just seems like the whole thing is fishy. Something else about it also bugs me; it reflects the modern societal mentality of today. We're more apt to stand by and not just observe, but to record events -and subsequently share it online- than to intervene. Other people watch the video and comment on it, therefore sensationalizing the events. It's a derived “15 minutes of fame” ideal, coupled with our infatuation with fame and outrageous behavior. And that's extremely troubling.
