Her face actually isn't that much like JB's, especially around the jawline. She's clearly quite feminine, not like a sixteen year old boy with his more rounded cheeks.
It's really just her haircut, which she's entitled to have any way she wants, regardless of whatever famous person has it. And JB isn't the only white boy out there with a flippy mid-length haircut. People who keep saying she should grow out her hair to look more like a girl… sexist much?
