Latvia’s Blonde Parade
Several hundred blondes dressed in pink and white accompanied by an orchestra and lap dogs marched to raise morale and 'cheer the nation' of Latvia this weekend. Organizers of the event want May 31 to become national blondes day in Latvia. The Telegraph reports, “following the parade, blondes climbed into open-topped cars and drove to the local shopping centre.” Seriously.
