i can see how people are glad of his demise. but actually celebrating a death with your children? brings to mind middle eastern citizens celebrating western deaths. get a grip and be the better person/civilization, jeez

the only thing is, i'm afraid its going to make things worse over there, make him a martyr and have more crazy people want to be more like him. i'm glad he's dead and proud that Obama did what bush couldn't do, but i think now pray for peace and our troops to come home! by the way i understand why people would celebrate, not necessarily saying its right, but i do understand that this man was more than evil and brainwashed his own people and killed so many lives. i would have like to see him put on trial then killed, but again, sometimes that just isn't the case and you have to do what you have to do.

You do know that this was one of the worst people to ever live, right? That the world is better off without him in it, right? The man, alive or dead, does not deserve our respect or dignity in any fashion. Get over yourselves, come down off of your moral high ground, and have a drink.

Slightly strange that the first kid is also wearing a jacket covered in peace symbols but then of course, like so many things these days, it's just a fashion accessory. Pleased OBL is gone but would have preferred if, like Saddam, he had a faced a trial and his victims in court before the bullet in the head.
