It seems like so many cool or good places got all trashed and shitty by the time the 80's rolled around (look at NYC back then). Thanks 60's and 70's you assholes.

I find it very disturbing that we can just leave places like this, abandoned, and not even properly taken care of. I mean, either the thing is a historic monument and should be PRESERVED, or just tear the thing down, but leaving it like that, if a person from that era saw it they'd presume they were looking at the ruins of some third world countries past excess. Especially that room with all the bowls, I mean WTF, when they closed up shop did they just walk out, lock the door and no one did anything after that? I just find stuff like this incredibly disturbing, people should clean up after themselves.
