I have always avoided eating cupcakes because the icing gets all over my face when I go to bite into one and I just look like an idiot. But now, I can finally enjoy a cupcake without looking like a sugar hungry kid at a birthday party.

I saw Sandra Lee do this one time, it was like a concept unknown to earth. I showed my friends and they were like WHAAAT?

It still doesn’t change the fact that there is a completely insufficient icing/cake ratio in all cupcakes. Why they have been the “treat du jour” the past few years just baffles me.

Well, the post isn’t old, but we’ve been eating them like that for years.

I call it a cupcake sammich. Everyone I know does it now.
