Tina Teixeira is taking action against speeding drivers that ran over her cat. She's put up a sign that says “Hit a Cat I'll Hit Your Kid.” She has another, a message to the cat killer, that says “May God Have Mercy On Your Souls.” Besides signs, Tina spits.
