Jose Velasquez was arrested for injecting heroin into his son's neck. The 9-year-old tested positive for marijuana and opiates. If he is convicted, he could face (only) up to 4 years in prison.

At least he will probably be taken away and placed in a real home. A lot of kids grow up with drug abusers and never get a chance at a real life. This is a tragic story, but I think he'll be better off in the long run. Good luck, kid!
