A scooter shop in Florida is marketing a special kind of scooter aimed at people who have lost their driver’s license through a DUI conviction. Gary Parr is the co-owner of the scooter shop, and says the scooters are legal because it has certain restrictions. It can only go up to 20 mph, it has pedals, has a certain seat height, and isn't above 750 watts.
