Vending machines suck. I got some Lays Sour Cream and Onion chips once and the bag was not sealed at the top. Also, the chips were soggy. Also, it took like 2 minutes to decide I probably shouldn't eat one.

I will say it has happened to me, but not with chips. But it happens.
