Damn she’s f’ing cute!!

Florida is a better place for law, clearly. The prosecution couldn’t prove without a reasonable doubt that she did it. Ta-dah(!) she was found not guilty. The defense in a murder case doesn’t have to prove innocence (that’s just a bonus round type thing), they only have to prove that a reasonable doubt exists. CLEARLY there was a reasonable doubt in this case. If you can’t see that then you don’t actually know what a reasonable doubt is. If Casey Anthony did kill her daughter it’s obviously terrible that she’s going to be released but you can blame the circumstances and the prosecution for not putting together a more solid case against her. Do not blame the jurors. You, while watching highlight reels of the trial everyday, did not have somebody’s life in your hands, nor did you have to uphold the constitution while making the decision. This trial proves that innocent until proven guilty still exists and that jurors are still capable of finding a reasonable doubt, for good and for bad.  We can’t throw out the rights of people we just don’t like. That’s not how common law works and it’s not how a society should function. Unless the most vile person’s rights are assured, yours aren’t either.  Now pipe down. I’m trying to watch Teen Mom.

This whole thing is bad all the way around. This young woman probably did have something to do with her daughters death. But I think the correct verdict was returned. It’s just a very sad story. This young girl will never have the chance at a full life. Sad…
